I wanted to know what schools in the UK I can go to, if they have a master's program & credentials program...I know at UCSB they have one but I really want to go abroad

Strathclyde University Glasgow there are actually a lot of teaching colleges in the UK - are you sure this is the right direction - have you looked at the job vacancies. Where do you want to teach - unless it is English, Maths and Science then you can near forget it and that is in most countries - at least in the UK (Scotland not sure about the rest!)you are guaranteed a job for one year but after that very difficult. there are sooooo many teachers who are looking for work and now it is even hard to get sub work.
