i dont know if this will help at all but.... i'm not sure how you're school is about transferring credits and so on, but there are a lot of exchange programs that would allow you do complete one year of school in another country and have it count for one year of school at your high school. AFS is an awesome program. We hosted quite a few students when i was younger.

Contact the British Council in your city or region or go to their website http://www.britishcouncil.org. You may also want to search for a list of private schools and pre-university colleges: http://www.educationuk.org/ In general, I believe you may need to complete the GCSE program that usually lasts 2 years, once you complete this course, then you will go on to prepare for your A-level exams or for the International Baccalaureate (IB) program. Do some research, get a list of schools and colleges that offer admission to international students (use the links above), and contact the schools directly. Good luck!
