I am in year 10 and have chosen my Gcse's which are Health and Social care and Ict, am i going through the right course? i really want to be a primary school teacher what qualifications should i have and what do i have to go through.

Currently you need GCSEs grade C or above in English, maths, and science. ICT is also becoming increasingly important. Either a BEd Primary (Bachelor of Education) - 4year course or a three year degree along with a one year PGCE (post graduate certificate in education) - if studying full time, will take longer if part time.
